WorldDeveloper.org is a managed social network for application developers around the world.

WorldDeveloper.org, formerly Hostj2me.cliqcafe.com began as an internal project of Astrient Labs, LLC in an effort to aid in the distributed testing and development of J2ME applications. Astrient Labs needed an efficient mechanism to provision applications for testing. Hostj2me.com allows developers to effortlessly upload application builds and in-turn QA engineers to provision and test those builds.

In early 2007 Astrient Labs, LLC decided to extend the mission of hostj2me.cliqcafe.com to include the dissemination of technology expertise in emerging markets. Hostj2me.cliqcafe.com was renamed to WorldDeveloper.org and is undergoing a transformation from a blog to a full social network.
